SMS Terms

MayerPix Booking Messages: texts about your inquiry and your Bookings — a verification code, a booking or payment link, a confirmation, a reminder, a payment or rescheduling notice, a delivery notice, other updates about your Booking, and — during your Session — a request to approve an additional service, which you answer by reply (1 to approve, 2 to decline) or in your client portal. These messages never contain marketing. Texts come from +1 213-212-9200.

• Online booking. You give your mobile number and tick the booking-messages box.
• Phone calls. On a call, we may ask for your verbal consent to text you — for example, a booking link — at the number you called from.

Only if you also tick the optional offers box in our booking form, MayerPix may text you occasional offers, promotions and invitations to book again. This consent is optional, is not a condition of booking, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Varies with your inquiry and Booking — for example, when you request a link, book or pay, or when a reminder or delivery notice is due.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from MayerPix; UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. We send one message confirming it, and nothing more. You may also opt out by e-mail, on a call, or in your client portal; we honour any reasonable request within ten business days. To receive texts again, reply START or give new consent.

We contact you about your Booking by e-mail instead, and an additional service during your Session is approved in your client portal or in person. Verification codes by text stop too: to book online again, reply START first, or contact us.

Delivery may be affected by your carrier or device. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The service is for people 18 or older with a U.S. mobile number able to receive SMS.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, your text-messaging opt-in data or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are sent through Twilio, which uses your number and the content of our messages only to deliver them. How we collect, use and keep information — including call recordings, transcripts and our AI phone assistant — is described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We may update these SMS Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
