Up to 10 people, each with 3 fully retouched images. Additional team members are $125 per person and include 3 fully retouched images per added person. Teams of 16 or more people require a custom quote.
02How are the retouched images chosen?
Everyone’s edited photos arrive in a private online gallery. Fully retouched selections are chosen from each person’s edited gallery in the client portal.
03Is there a deposit?
Yes — a Reservation Payment secures your date and time and counts toward the price. For corporate headshots the rest is due 72 hours before your session, and we send you a reminder with a payment link.
04Can you shoot at our office?
Yes — most corporate sessions take place at your office, so your team stays productive. Please arrange building access and a parking spot for the photographer. Where a partner studio is available, its price is shown separately before you book.
05How fast do we get the photos?
Usually within 3–5 days for corporate team headshots. Your Agreement guarantees delivery within 7 business days.
06Can we use the photos for our company?
Yes. Corporate headshots include a business-use licence for your organization’s own business use: website, LinkedIn, press, presentations and marketing materials. Reselling or licensing them to others is not included, and MayerPix keeps the copyright.
07Do we get RAW files?
No — you receive finished photos only. Every photo we deliver is professionally edited, so it is ready to post, print and share.
