1. Services and Booking
– All photoshoot bookings are made through our website and are automatically confirmed.
– No prepayment is required at this time.
– Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled photoshoot without any penalty.

2. Copyright and Usage Rights
– All photos created during the photoshoot remain the intellectual property of MayerPix Photography.
– After the photoshoot, clients will receive a model release for electronic signature, which grants MayerPix Photography permission to use the photos in professional portfolios, on the website, and in other promotional materials.
– The client agrees not to use the photos for commercial purposes without written permission from MayerPix Photography.

3. No Refunds
– All services are considered completed once the photoshoot is finished, and no refunds will be provided, even if the client is dissatisfied with the results.
– Photography is a creative service, and results may vary. By booking the service, clients accept the risk of artistic interpretation and agree that MayerPix Photography is not obligated to meet specific expectations beyond providing the agreed-upon services.

4. Delivery of Photos
– Edited photos will typically be delivered within 3-7 days of the photoshoot.
– MayerPix Photography aims to provide the photos within 3-4 days but cannot guarantee exact delivery times in all cases.

5. Liability and Limitations
– MayerPix Photography is not responsible for any loss or damage to files caused by technical failures, data corruption, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
– In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, system failures, or any events beyond our control, MayerPix Photography is not liable for any delays or cancellations.
– Clients agree that photography services are provided “as is,” and MayerPix Photography is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with the final product.

6. Additional Services
– MayerPix Photography may offer additional services in the future. Currently, the primary service offered is photo editing.
– Any future services will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking.

7. Tardiness Policy
– Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time. MayerPix Photography reserves the right to shorten the photoshoot duration if the client arrives late, without offering a discount or additional time.
– If a client is more than 15 minutes late, MayerPix Photography may charge an additional fee or reschedule the session, depending on availability.
– In the case of significant delays (more than 30 minutes), MayerPix Photography reserves the right to cancel the session without the option for rescheduling or refund.

8. Changes to Terms of Service
– MayerPix Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
