What services do we offer?

We offer a wide range of photography services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including portrait photography, fashion shoots, couple’s photography, family photography, event photography, wedding photography, industrial photography, and boudoir sessions.

What is the process from booking to receiving the photos?

First, you book the date and time, then fill out a brief questionnaire. If you need any help or advice regarding the photoshoot, feel free to mention it in the “Tell me more about this project” field so the photographer can reach out to you before the session. You arrive at the agreed-upon location for the shoot in a good mood, the photographer takes your pictures, and you pay for the session. After 3-4 days, you’ll receive an email with an agreement for signature (we use electronic signatures). As soon as it’s signed, you’ll receive another email with a link to download your photos!

How long does a photoshoot last?

The minimum duration is 30 minutes, and the maximum is 4 hours. For weddings and large projects, we offer all-day sessions lasting up to 12 hours.

When will I receive my photos?

For smaller photoshoots, the photos will be ready within 4 days. For larger projects like weddings and events, the photos will be ready in 7 days.

Do you provide retouching?

Yes, we offer color correction and light retouching, improving minor skin defects and composition. However, extensive retouching is not included and can be provided for an additional fee.

What photoshoot packages do we offer?

• 30 minutes: 5 to 10 edited photos.

• 1 hour: 20 to 30 edited photos.

• 2 hours: 40 to 50 edited photos with the option to change outfits.

• Weddings and events: 100 to 200 edited photos.

What types of photoshoots do you offer?

We offer photoshoots in both studio and outdoor settings, including couple’s sessions, family, friends, boudoir, corporate events, weddings, and individual photoshoots.

Can I book an all-day photoshoot?

Yes, for weddings and large events, we provide an all-day package that can last up to 12 hours.

How can I pay for the photoshoot?

We currently accept cash and Zelle transfers. We are working hard to soon add PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay as payment options.

What is included in the cost of the photoshoot?

The cost includes the photoshoot, basic color correction, and light retouching of the photos, as well as access to a unique link to a cloud storage where you can download the final photos.

Can you come to my home or another location for the shoot?

Yes, we can travel to any agreed-upon location for the shoot.

How much does a photoshoot cost?

Can I reschedule or cancel the photoshoot?

Yes, rescheduling and cancellation are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

What are the booking conditions?

To book a session, simply choose a convenient date and time for the shoot, then fill out the required form on our website.

Do you have a portfolio?

Yes, we can provide examples of our work. You can also view our portfolio on the website.

Can I choose the location for the photoshoot?

Absolutely! We can arrange a photoshoot at any location that is convenient for you.

Can I share my ideas for the photoshoot?

Of course! We welcome any of your ideas and references. The photoshoot should reflect your personality, and we’re happy to help bring your vision to life.

Can I get all the raw photos?

We only provide edited images to ensure that you receive high-quality photos. Raw, unedited files are generally not included in the standard package.

How will I receive my photos?

All photos are delivered via a cloud storage service (Google Drive), from which you can download them in full resolution.

Do you offer photo album services?

We do not currently offer printed photo albums, but we plan to expand our services in the future.

What are your contact details?

I don’t want my photos to be used in any portfolio or on social media. Is that possible?

Yes, of course! We offer this as a separate service. If requested, your photos will not be used in any portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes. We respect your privacy and will ensure that the images remain private.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?

The most important thing for a photoshoot is to feel comfortable and be yourself. Choose clothing that you love and feel good in. Whether it’s an outdoor or studio shoot, pick an outfit that makes you feel confident. If your photoshoot has a specific theme, like fashion, romantic, or professional, it’s best to wear something that matches the style. The key is to make sure your outfit complements the theme and reflects your personality.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the photos from my photoshoot?

Since photography is a creative service, refunds are not available once the photos have been delivered. We work closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure we understand your vision and preferences. However, it’s important to remember that personal tastes can vary, and sometimes it’s not the photos themselves, but how we see ourselves in them. We focus on delivering high-quality images based on the style and goals discussed beforehand, and we always strive to meet your expectations.

Can I schedule a photoshoot in a studio?

Yes, you can! However, please note that the cost of the studio is not included in our photography service fees. The client is responsible for booking and paying for the studio separately. We are happy to work with you to find and arrange the studio that best fits your needs.

Can I book a photoshoot in a different state or city?

Yes, it’s possible to book a photoshoot in another state or city! However, please note that all travel-related expenses, such as accommodation and transportation, will be added to the final cost of the session. We’ll be happy to discuss and arrange the details with you to ensure everything runs smoothly for your photoshoot in the desired location.
