Booking Policy —
the short version

You review and accept the Agreement, then make the Reservation Payment. Your Booking is confirmed when the Reservation Payment is made. The Reservation Payment counts toward the price.

Due 24 hours before an ordinary Session, and 72 hours before a wedding, an event or a corporate headshot session — your Booking Snapshot states the exact deadline. If the Balance is not paid by then, MayerPix is not required to perform the Session.

Any time before the Session. MayerPix keeps the Reservation Payment and refunds anything you paid above it. Studio or other third-party amounts are refunded to the extent MayerPix recovers them.

Your first reschedule is free if your request reaches us at least 24 hours before the start; later reschedules are available at the fee stated in your Booking Snapshot. That fee reserves your new time: it is not refunded if you later cancel or do not attend (see Not attending), and it is refunded whenever you receive a full refund or MayerPix moves or cancels the Session.

One reschedule on the ordinary terms, or a full refund of everything you paid — your choice. Once per Booking; we never ask for medical details.

If you booked as an individual and do not arrive without having cancelled, MayerPix keeps what you paid for the Booking.

Only with your electronic approval, at the price shown to you; nothing is charged without it.

No travel fee inside Greater Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside them, the photographer's actual travel, lodging and meal costs apply only if they were stated in your Booking Snapshot, or in a written change you accepted, before we committed to the trip — at cost, with nothing added.

Delivered through your client portal within 7 business days (14 for weddings and events). We e-mail you when they are ready; the e-mail links to your portal, not to the gallery itself. Your gallery stays in your portal for 30 days from that delivery message — please download your images. You receive the licence your Agreement states; MayerPix keeps the copyright.

Portfolio, website and unpaid social posts for five years, unless you booked a Private Session; anything more only if you choose to allow it. Boudoir: private unless you authorize an image yourself.

Always allowed.
