01Can I add time or an outfit during the session?
Yes, when the photographer can offer it. You get a text with the service and its price — reply 1 to approve or 2 to decline. Nothing is charged without your approval, and there is no need to pay during the session: you pay later in your portal.
02How do I order extra retouched photos?
After your gallery is delivered, open Retouch Selection in your client portal, choose your included retouches and any extra photos, and pay $50 per extra photo in the portal.
03Can I choose add-ons when I book?
Not in the booking form — it has no add-on step. Mention the extras you have in mind in your booking notes, and add them during the session or in your portal.
04Is a studio included?
No — most sessions take place outdoors or at a location you choose. Ask for a partner studio in your booking notes or by phone; its fee is billed separately, and we confirm availability within 1 business day.
05Are add-ons included in the packages?
No. Each add-on is priced separately — $50 per extra retouched photo, $100 per extra outfit, $450 per extra hour — and you only pay for the extras you approve.
